Where we ship

We ship to the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia and France, and to other countries at checkout where delivery is available to your address.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on all orders, to every destination we ship to. There is no minimum order value. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP), and the total shown at checkout includes shipping.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times for your address are shown at checkout before you pay. They are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by the carrier, customs and public holidays.

Customs duties and import taxes may apply to orders delivered outside the United Kingdom and are the responsibility of the recipient unless shown otherwise at checkout.

Order confirmation and dispatch

You will receive an email when your order is placed and another when it has been shipped. Where the carrier provides tracking, the shipping email includes a tracking link.

Delays, damage and missing items

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time shown at checkout, arrives damaged, or items are missing, please email support@get-mirumi.com with your order number and we will help put it right.
